WinPatrolEx.exe does not Exist.
Some fire walls including the newest Zone Alarm are blocking the execution of WinPatrolEx.exe. When you click on the Scotty icon we actually launch WinPatrolEx.exe but Zone Alarm's protection prevents one program from launching another but doesn't necessarily let you know. You'll need to tell Zone Alarm that WinPatrol.exe and WinPatrolEx.exe are your friends.
