I forgot my username or password.
If you forgot your username or password, you can retrieve your username and request a new password by clicking on the link next to "Problems signing in?" on the Sign In prompt. You will need to know the email address that you used to sign up for your account.
Click "Sign In" on the top left corner of the application (Vuze 4.0) then click on "Click here". Next, on the password recovery page, enter either the username or email address (if you don't remember your username). Then check your email for an email from Vuze (check your spam or junk folder if you didn't receive one in case it got blocked). In that email, you'll see the username associated with that email and instructions on how to change your password.
