My Real-time Shield is off and I cannot enable it.
The real-time shield is only supported in Windows 2000, Windows XP Home, Windows XP Professional, 32bit Windows Server 2003 editions, or 32bit Windows Vista editions. It is not available for users using Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows Millennium. If you are using a supported Windows operating system and you are experiencing problems with the real-time shield try rebooting the computer. If that does not work, try uninstalling Spyware Terminator, rebooting the computer and reinstalling it. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact our support team.
