LimeWire isn't as connected as it used to be! I only get a few searches in my 'Monitor' window!!
The latest versions of LimeWire will designate you as either a "Leaf" or an "Ultrapeer". If you are a leaf shielded by an ultrapeer, you will not be able to see all the search terms being sent to the network. However, if you are an ultrapeer, you will see a constant stream of search terms in the Monitor window. It is also possible that some leaf nodes will see a constant stream of incoming searches if the files that they are sharing contain popularly searched keywords.
